This specific piece is a picture made entirely from wood in a style that is called marquetry. This involves cutting and arranging intricately shaped pieces of wood in a pattern to create an image. This scene features a small town, a river, boat, bridge, and a church. The entire piece is made from wood and the frame is wood as well. There is no glass.

Marquetry takes a lot of time and work to make and pieces are priced higher online.

There is a metal loop hanger on the back.

LOCAL DELIVERY is available for $5.00 to Hamilton residents ($15 minimum purchase) and also available to residents of Ancaster, Burlington, Dundas, and Stoney Creek ($20.00 minimum purchase). When you check-out, select SHIP, and if you meet the minimum purchase requirement, you will be able to select local delivery instead of shipping.
