This vase style came out in 1976 and is by Royal Haeger, made in the USA.
The base would have originally had a piece of felt over it with the name written but it has worn off. However, if you turn the vase in the light you can make out the faint writing on the base that is left.
There are some white marks on the vase that I tried to remove with Goo Gone but I didn't try to use any other cleaner so they may still be able to be removed. If not, you could turn that part to the side or back and it doesn't take away from the look or the use. The price is reflective.
