Shipping
- Recycled materials are used for shipping whenever possible
- After you make your purchase, you will receive a message on Instagram or by email. Please check your junk mail folder and also allow emails from greenbriervintage2021@gmail.com
- Shipments go out once per week
- Please note that the shipping rate calculator reflects the shipping costs accurately but alternative carriers are used for shipping within Canada. Once shipped (once per week), shipping usually takes 4-8 business days depending on your location but times may vary
Update as of February 7th, 2026- USA Shipping Is Back Open! American Customers: Please read the updated shipping policies and instructions below.
- For American Customers Only: You can once again purchase items for shipping to the United States. Please note that every item you purchase is subject to additional duties and tariffs that need to be paid before your shipment can be sent to you
- These duties and tariffs might add up to an additional 20% to the cost of your item(s). However, amounts may vary
- When you checkout, you'll pay for the item and the shipping cost that is shown at checkout
- Afterwards, we will use Canada Post & the Zonos app to determine what duties and tariffs are applicable on your item(s). Due to each vintage item having different countries of origin, this cannot be confirmed until after purchase
- You will be contacted by email to show the cost of duties and tariffs and receive a link to an invoice to pay the additional amount owing (if applicable). Please allow emails from greenbriervintage2021@gmail.com and check your junk mail folder
- Once you have paid for the duties and tariffs, your shipment can go out in the next shipment batch (once per week)
Important: No refunds or returns will be accepted on items if you choose not to pay the additional duties and tariffs. Please make your purchases with the understanding that there will be additional fees attached, perhaps up to 20% of the original item cost
Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this new and updated shipping process. Due to the unique nature of the vintage products we offer, as well as the quantity of unique/individual pieces on our website, we cannot calculate tariffs and duties until products are actually purchased. Each item needs to be scanned individually and input into the Zonos app to have an HTS code applied along with country of origin to properly calculate the duties and tariffs. We appreciate your support and understanding. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Pick Up & Local Delivery
We have two locations available for free pickup. When you checkout, select PICK UP and you will see these two options:
- Hamilton, ON: Porch pick up in the Gage Park Neighbourhood
- Niagara Falls, ON: Pick up from The Vintage Venture (6289 Huggins St.) during their normal business hours. We have a booth on the basement level and will bring your purchase with us when we restock our booth. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this option
We also offer local delivery starting at $7.00 and increasing based on your postal code location. When you checkout, select SHIP, and if you meet the minimum purchase requirement, you will be able to select local delivery instead of shipping. We offer local delivery in the following locations:
- Ancaster
- Burlington
- Dundas
- Hamilton
- Stoney Creek
Can I Shop in Person?
While we don't have our own brick and mortar storefront, we offer Greenbrier Vintage products at the following locations. Please note that items shown on our website are not in our booth spaces and vice versa.

- Studio 205: Located in the back room vintage section at 205 King St. East, Hamilton
- The Vintage Venture: Located on the basement level at 6289 Huggins St. Niagara Falls, ON
- We also occasionally sell at vintage markets around Southwestern Ontario. Keep an eye on our Instagram and website for updates on upcoming events!
I'm Clearing Out an Estate / House / Room / Closet, etc. Do You Buy Stuff?

We would ask for photos of the items/rooms of items you are looking to get rid of and we can let you know if we see pieces that fit our shop collections. We typically prefer larger lots or amounts of vintage pieces vs. one-off items.

Vintage Products: Please note that these items are vintage products and may show signs of general wear, consistent with age and use. We have done our best to reflect the condition in photos so please zoom in and look through all of the images in the photo galleries. If any major flaws are observed, we do our best to show them in the photos and note them in the product description.
