I found this mallet as part of an estate on an old farmhouse property out in the countryside. I don't know the year in which it was made, but it has a beautiful primitive and rustic look to it. I think it would be so charming displayed in a home, on a mantle, in the kitchen, or on a shelf. It's quite a conversation piece!

It is quite sturdy with a decent weight to it. I love all the grooves in the wood.

Length of handle: 6.75" and 1.5" thick

Mallet Head: 7" long, 5" wide, and 4.5" across the circle
