I did some research online and couldn't find the exact same book but could find a similar book which is from 1886. This book doesn't have a date on it but I would guess it's from around the same time period. See photo gallery for the example. It's the only one I could find online.

LOCAL DELIVERY ~ $5.00 local delivery is available to Hamilton residents ($15 minimum purchase) and also available for $5.00 to residents of Ancaster, Burlington, Dundas, and Stoney Creek ($20.00 minimum purchase). When you check-out, select SHIP, and if you meet the minimum purchase requirement, you will be able to select local delivery instead of shipping.
