A beautiful picture that appears to be a piece of original art. I can't be certain because it sits behind glass and I can't open the back of the frame to remove the piece, but it looks like a watercolour sketch and I'm pretty much certain that it's not a print. If you look up close to the glass, you can see scratch marks in the paper where it looks like the artist made intentional scratching to add texture to the flower.
There is a wire on the back for hanging.

LOCAL DELIVERY ~ $5.00 local delivery is available to Hamilton residents ($15 minimum purchase) and also available for $5.00 to residents of Ancaster, Burlington, Dundas, and Stoney Creek ($20.00 minimum purchase).
