This is a twenty five cent coin from Barbados that has the windmill on one side and then a hand painted beach scene on the other side. The paint has a glaze on it or has been baked with some sort of process to seal in the paint. The surface is soft and smooth. The coin is being held by a metal loop which attaches to the black rope that has a waxy coating.

Medallion part measures 1.25" by 1.5"
