Make your pizzelle batter, heat the iron on your grill/open flame/stove, add the batter to the centre and press to spread it out evenly across the surface, cook a short time on one side, flip, and then cook on the other side. You can make different flavours of pizzelle and form it into shapes when the cookie is hot (like an ice cream cone, bowl, etc.) or leave it flat like a cookie. You can serve with ice cream, affogato, coffee, as an ice cream sandwich, etc.

LOCAL PICK-UP is available in Hamilton, Ontario (Gage Park neighbourhood). When you check-out, select PICK UP.
LOCAL DELIVERY is available for Hamilton, Burlington, Dundas, Ancaster, and Stoney Creek residents. The delivery price starts at $7.00 and increases based on your postal code location. Minimum purchases are also necessary, based on postal code location. When you check-out, select SHIP, and if you meet the minimum purchase requirement, you will be able to select local delivery instead of shipping. If you don't meet the minimum purchase requirement, you won't be able to select delivery.
