3) Heaven's My Destination by Thornton Niven Wilder. Services Guild Edition. This edition is produced for the Services Central Book Depot for circulation to the Fighting Forces of the Allied Nations. Softcover. 144 pages. 1946. 

There is a handwritten letter note on the opening page of this book, dated 1948. "Drawing on such unique sources as the author's unpublished letters, business records, and obscure family recollections, Tappan Wilder's Afterword adds a special dimension to the reissue of this hilarious tale about goodness in a fallen world."
