This piece is on the older side of vintage, possibly antique. When I was trying to research it online I found similar but not the exact same pieces and they were listed as antique but I'm not sure about this one.
I think this piece originally was flipped the other way as there are two small holes at the top (formerly the bottom) of the mirror. It was probably attached to a dresser, vanity, or something similar. I think someone repurposed it by flipping it upside down, attaching the hook, and then also adding a hook to the back for hanging. This is just my theory but I could be wrong.
There is carving along the bottom ledge where the hook is and this small ledge makes a tiny shelf as well. I think it's mainly functional as a hook and mirror. I think it would look great in an entryway as a place to hang your hat, keys, dog leash, etc. I also thought it would be charming with a smaller wreath. Come Christmas, you could hang a stocking.
The mirror has a few very small tarnish spots but nothing major.Â
14.5" by 11.5" and it comes out about 3" when hanging on the wall to the tip of the hook.

PICKUP is available in TWO Locations:
- Hamilton (Gage Park neighbourhood)
- Niagara Falls (6289 Huggins St. at The Vintage Venture) - We need to physically bring orders with us when we visit our booth. Wait time is 1-2 weeks for this option. Please reach out if you have any questions.

LOCAL DELIVERY is available for Hamilton, Burlington, Dundas, Ancaster, and Stoney Creek residents. The delivery price starts at $7.00 and increases based on your postal code location. Minimum purchases are also necessary, based on postal code location. When you check-out, select SHIP, and if you meet the minimum purchase requirement, you will be able to select local delivery instead of shipping. If you don't meet the minimum purchase requirement, you won't be able to select delivery.
