This hook hanger is sold as is because the screws on the back of the hooks are loose. There is tape on the back of them to provide extra support. When you attach the hooks to the wall, the screws will hold in place since they'll be against the wall. They're just more noticeable as loose when you're holding the hooks and they're not against the wall. You could also replace the short screws with longer screws if you wanted. The issue is the screws, not the hook. The hook is priced accordingly due to this flaw.
Four screws are included which can affix the hook to the wall.

SHIPPING When you check-out, select SHIP. Shipments go out once per week. Please note: The shipping rate calculator reflects the prices accurately but alternative carriers are used for shipping. Shipping usually takes 4-8 business days depending on your location but times may vary.
PICKUP is available in TWO Locations:
- Hamilton (Gage Park neighbourhood)
- Niagara Falls (6289 Huggins St. at The Vintage Venture) - We need to physically bring orders with us when we visit our booth. Wait time is 1-2 weeks for this option. Please reach out if you have any questions.

LOCAL DELIVERY is available for Hamilton, Burlington, Dundas, Ancaster, and Stoney Creek residents. The delivery price starts at $7.00 and increases based on your postal code location. Minimum purchases are also necessary, based on postal code location. When you check-out, select SHIP, and if you meet the minimum purchase requirement, you will be able to select local delivery instead of shipping. If you don't meet the minimum purchase requirement, you won't be able to select delivery.
