I found this piece at an estate and everything that you see was in the envelope so I'm including all of it together. I could only find one of these for sale online and it comes matted and framed and sells for $380 CDN. This piece doesn't come framed and matted but is still an original print (not a reproduction) so the price reflects this.

I found out some interesting information while researching it. You can read more about it below:

During the mid-1800s, a man named George Baxter developed a complex method to make coloured prints by mixing oils. This method required great skill and was used by putting together metal plates and wood blocks. In the 1840s, two brothers named Abraham and Robert LeBlond were learning about and making prints using the Baxter method by paying a licensee fee on the method, which was patented. By the 1850s, the brothers were in direct competition with George Baxter and were growing increasingly skilled at making these art pieces. Most of their prints were brand new creations, with new views and scenes.

This Le Blond print shows the Great Exhibition building which was designed by Joseph Paxton for the Exhibition in 1951. The building was then later moved to its new home in Sydenham Hill, which is in South London. After its move, it became known as Crystal Palace. It opened to the public in 1854, with Queen Victoria performing the ceremony. During this time, George Baxter as well as the LeBlond brothers created many scenes of the building, both inside and out. The building was unfortunately destroyed by a fire in 1936.

The picture is ready for framing and measures 6.5" by 5"
